rdot consultants was founded on the need for creativity in everyday practice and the longing for true connection and legacy for both the consumer and supplier.

Launching in December 2021, Rohan has taken his experience working across multiple industries including not-for-profit, community, corporate, arts, events, education and health and rolled it all into rdot consultants.

Some key experiences which have got rdot to where it is today includes organisations such as Sydney Dance Company, Biennale of Sydney, Arts Mildura, Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation, Arts Mildura and La Trobe University.

Some memorable events include Gold Dinner, Dance Noir, sunSHine, The Silver Party, Mildura Palimpsest Biennale, Biennale of Sydney Launch, Mildura Writers Festival, The Diamond Event and the Bathers’ Gold Lunch.

After working with so many amazing organisations, philanthropists and providers over the years I always felt I wanted to do more - to build a deeper, stronger connection. To do this I set off to create rdot consultants so i could fulfil my needs but more importantly the need of the people i can help!

Things don’t always need to be complicated, thats why I base my practice on a growth cycle. The growth cycle is to support our clients and demonstrates our values in providing solutions which meet the ask. “design, develop, deliver” simply ensure our growth cycle is a continual loop of innovation, cultivation and creation for our client’s growth and their communities.

I wanted to take my life experiences, both professionally and personally and create real bespoke connections with organisations and the people who support them.

Rohan’s passion for strategic development has seen him contribute both as a team player, employee, board/committee member and volunteer to achieve positive and rewarding outcomes for the sectors, organisation and the wider community. Constantly working to develop and enhance a dynamic and passionate outcomes he is motivated by desire, community and sustainability, working to generate leading ideas and outcomes along with a vibrant vision for a sustainable industry as a respected leader of creative teams, organisations and community.

Community development and fundraising have always been a passion for Rohan along with the arts, working as both a practicing artist and designer. From his childhood background in regional Victoria, education in Mildura and Melbourne, travels around the world and vast experience with arts, education, events, fundraising, business and leadership, Rohan brings extensive knowledge, skills and commitment to his work.
